I think the question should be: "If you were starting a pro football team, which QB would you want to have as your starter?"

Then instead of just Tom Brady and Peyton Manning, I'd include Joe Montana, Terry Bradshaw, Steve Young, Dan Marino, Ryan Leaf, Michael Vick as other choices. (The last two are just for those "police lineup" fakes just to make sure you're paying attention!)

Anyway, asking if Brady is better than Manning is like asking if Oprah is better than Martha Stewart! C'mon now!!!

I dont know I think its a valid question, both are great QB's..Brady has more rings though..I voted manning for the moment..

And THAT is where I have a true dilemma answering the question of Brady v Manning. It's almost like asking me who do I like better: my Mom or Dad??? I certainly love them both but one has attributes that I like better than the other and visa versa...

Manning has had to live up to his first pick and his family name and until last year, everyone was questioning his talent and worth. A first-overall pick SHOULD deliver at some point, right? Matter of fact, it reminds me of some dude named "Elway"... (Does the name Earnhardt Jr. creep in there when this question is asked?!?)

Brady otoh, took over for a so-called "legend" and hasn't blinked since. He was a total "nobody", kinda like Kurt Warner, who just came along at the right time and made something of himself. How can you NOT be impressed by his accomplishments?

I have got to go with Manning. No knock on Brady, but the way Manning controls the game at the line of scrimmage... he's a throwback, and I love it.

Brady is a God, He was a great without receivers now look how good he is with them

Manning can call the majority of his own plays and causes defenses fits with the way they come up to the line, while Brady can't even decide which gorgeous girl he wants to have his kids with. Easy choice. Manning!
