The Best Available Quarterback

QB's have been dropping like flies this season ....... Atlanta signed Leftwich ...... Carolina won with Vinnie ....... and Arizona signed Rattay

Who is the next team to need a QB ?

the real question is, who is the best quarterback still available ?

Drew Bledsoe - Shaun King - Doug Flutie - Aaron Brooks ..... who else is out there ....... who should be the next signed if needed ?

Re: The Best Available Quarterback

It won't be Flutie - he's been out of football for a few years and I believe is even older than Vinnie. Brooks could be next, or Chris Leak. In a league where Jeff George and Josh Booty got contracts this year, nothing will surprise me, though. Maybe Ryan Leaf will get another shot.

Re: The Best Available Quarterback

If I were Cleveland I would be dangling out that Brady Quinn carrott. I'm sure they could get a few #1's and maybe a #2 for that. Also who is that back up QB in Green bay? (is it arronn rodgers....I forget) but if I were the packers I'd see what I could get for him as well.

It is Aaron Rodgers. But the Packers arent going to get rid of him. Favre cant play forever. Rodgers is the heir to the Packers kingdom.

Yikes, Bledsoe??? I think he would play if he could start, but I wouldnt classify him as best any of anything anymore. With a really good O line, he still has an arm and could make plays but----

He isnt going anywhere bears.
There's always Kordell Stewart.
What about the guy who played for the Steelers--Bobby Maddox?
Maybe Phil Simms would come back.
