O.J. Simpson has been arrested in connection with a Las Vegas robbery.

According to the Associated Press, "Simpson was arrested shortly after 11 a.m. and is being brought to a police office, Capt. James Dillon said. Police are still determining charges against Simpson... Simpson, 60, has said he and other people with him were retrieving items that belonged to him. He told police no guns were involved." Reactions?

I'm not buying the story either. Why not at least get the items reported stolen even if he didnt' think the police would help. He could have then had proof that they were taken.

If the police report is to be believed, robbery with a deadly weapon is kind of serious. We will need to wait and see the rest of the story, but how do we know it was his stuff. Athletes sell off their memorabilia all the time when they need money. He had a civl suit that pretty much put him in the poor house.

If convicted of the booking charges, Simpson would face up to 30 years in state prison on each robbery count alone.
