Was Harrisons Punishment Just??

most of you may have heard that Patriots DB Rodney Harrison has been the latest in a long line of players to be handed a game ban. this time its a 4 game ban for apparently using 'performance enhancing substances'. now based on his play over the pre-season thats pretty obvious becuase he was playing like there was no tomorrow...

but my question is, is a 4 game ban good enough or is it to harsh? now im a fan of Harrison, suprisingly, but i dont see how someone like Ricky Williams gets banned and fined and all the rest for using marajauna (which has no positive effect on his game) and yet Harrison is using something that is clearly making him an 'artifically' better player and yet the league have given him a slap on the wrist and said he only gets a 4 game ban

I think it shouldve been worse maybe, he cheated the game, from a competitve standpoint he used hgh to speed up his recovery..Do you think the pats would release him?

Re: Was Harrisons Punishment Just??

i assume you mean Ricky Williams ..... and there is a big difference ...... Rodney may have had his drugs with a prescription from a doctor .... what Ricky did is illeagle and he is an habitual offender

btw, i love having Rodney on my team but i agree with the punishment

yeah i was thank you

i mean the only reason i say that Harrison's may be seen as worse is becuase they were 'performance enhancing drugs' what Williams was using was just killing his game, but what Harrison has been accused of using is lifting his game to a higher level with the aid of illegal drugs
