| Re: Most Versatile Player i also watched that Bette and it was pretty interesting, i mean the first player they mentioned was Randle El and i think, for my generation, he is exactly what a versatile player is. he can thrown, pass and run. someone else they missed out on who is making the transition to being known as a versatile player, LT, i watched an interview with him and they were discussing how he is already 5 for 5 for passing attempts and completions and has 3 passing TD's to go along with that. i think they were right to bring Troy Brown into the picture becuase people seem to forget that during the period when the Pats were destroying everyone in their path he was playing on offence, defense and special teams. but speaking as a titans fan i have to say, as much as it pains me to bring his name up, Pacman Jones comes to mind when i think about versatile players. ok people should forget all his problems with the law and think about the player he is, i was reviewing his stats over the past 2 season and he has been involved in every aspect of the game with the exception of kicking, and been good at it all. hes become a better DB, he has turned into a hell of a return man, ran the ball a few times on offense and has 2 TD's, one of which was called back for a flag, and even thrown the ball, so when i think of a versatile player i think of someone like Pacman that comes in and gets involved in all aspects of the game, but makes a difference when he does it. i mean you see teams now that throw a DE on the end of the offensive line to go and catch passes and they fall over when the ball is thrown at them

| Re: Most Versatile Player alex, did you see the one about the top ten feuds? I forgot about how nasty the one between T.O. and McNabb was. It sure didnt paint either one of them in a very good light. Pacman is a perfect example of how poor choices can mess up a life. No doubt he would have been on this list in the future. I cant put him on it now because he didnt play long enough for me to consider him. |

but i understand what you mean exactly about Pacman i mean he is a formidable talent but its become wasted now. most people will know that i would like to have hm back on the titans team becuase i think he has the potential to be an incredible player but only if he could be locked up between games or something |
