Yeah, the Chargers definitely were one of the big losers this year. Letting Brees walk was a big mistake, and ultimately Smith's going to place the blame for their lousy season-to-come on Schottenheimer.

But then, maybe Rivers will be good, the team will make the playoffs, Brees will struggle in New Orleans and A.J. Smith will look like a genius. Anything can happen, I guess.

The Browns definitely have bettered their ballclub during free agency. Crennel was able to add some guys who know the system and it will show on the field. They should be able to contend for a playoff spot as soon as this year.

I agree completely. Both they and the Bengals should really push the Steelers in the North this season.
