Well, O.J. has gotten to slip by with committing a crime (come on now) so the owner has the right do whatever he wants if its in the law. Should he be applauded? No.

I don't know...what if tomorrow I have a restaurant in which I want to discriminate against current or former Yankee players, or I do not wish to serve MLB born outside the US or...etc...

As long as O.J. was following the rules of the establishment, not hurting business and possed no threat to anyone...what are the grounds for asking him to leave?

Not according to the law...there is no difference...he was tried by a jury of his peers and was not convicted...his rights are no different than yours or mine...
