Week 7 NFL Filled With Upsets

Houston over Jacksonville, 27-7
Tampa over Philly, 23-21
Oakland over Arizona, 22-9
Kansas City over San Diego, 30-27
Minnesota over Seattle, 31-13

Some things to check on in oncoming weeks...

-Pittsburgh and Jacksonville are 0-3 on the road
-The NFC West is going to be a tight race between Seattle and St. Louis.
-Eagles on two game losing streak
-The Jets have given up the 3rd most points in the NFL but who would have thought they'd lead the AFC East in points scored?
-Denver, New England and Indianapolis are cruising in the AFC
-Which division is the toughest in the sport? NFC East or NFC South?

What Vick's 4 TD overtime victory against the Super Bowl champ's D doesn't count as an upset???

I've got to go with the NFC South, because the quality of play seems to be better right now. Both will be divisional dogfights till the end, but realistically I think the Southern teams are just playing better football at this point.

Cool Re: Week 7 NFL Filled With Upsets

I was so psyched because more than half of a suicide pool that I'm in had the Jaguars - until the Seahawks lost - I had them

Let's see... the 3-2 Falcons were at home against a Steeler team with a losing record. Nope, I didn't check the line, but I'd bet dollars to donuts that Atlanta came in as the favorite. Heck of a game anyway, though.

That's a great question. I'd say the Colts only beacause the Bears seem to be more well rounded.

Welcome to GoTeamsGo Tromekin....The Colts may lose this week against the Broncos. No way the Bears lose to the Niners.

Re: Week 7 NFL Filled With Upsets

I think the Colts beat the Broncos this week. Simply put, the Broncos O is horrendous. I know their D has been great, but they really haven't played an offense the caliber of the Colts. If the Colts score more then 17 points, the Broncos have no chance.

Cutler will be the starter next week.

Welcome to GoTeamsGo, josh, and thanks for joining us. So you really think this is Plummer's last shot, eh? I'd be surprised -- Shanahan seems to want to stick with him for the long haul. Oh, and please keep in mind that, as per forum rules, promotional links need to be put in your signature. Look forward to chatting more with you!

Thanks, i was kinda unsure who was gonna win the colts/broncos game, it looked to be the broncos at halftime. but when your QB throws a near perfect game how can you lose
