Who wants the NFL Network??

I just had to get this off my chest. I am so pissed that my cable company is not giving me the NFL Network anymore!

I just dont get it- Are they stupid enough to actually think that nobody cares that they are missing live games?

I say we all switch to a dish today.

Re: Who wants the NFL Network??

Sure it'd be nice to get the NFL Network, but it's no biggy. All my local games (Giants/Jets) are always on broadcast TV so it's nothing that serious. Those special shows they do where they play the important plays of a game in 30 minutes sounds cool, but again, it's nothing special.

I have NBA TV and barely watch it during the season.

Re: Who wants the NFL Network??

I have Comcast digital cable. And NFL Network. So I'm good.

But welcome to GoTeamsGo, BucFan. Hope you'll stop by and offer your predictions on this weekends Bengals - Buccaneers game -- correctly guess the winner and the game's final score, and you could win FREE NFL TICKETS! Not a bad deal, eh?

Cool Re: Who wants the NFL Network??

I don't have the dish or NFL network. It's just not worth a divorce... at this point anyway...

Re: Who wants the NFL Network??

Does IO Cablevision have it? I don't think so. I ordered the NHL Center Ice so now id have to add NFL Network too. It's all a bullcrap bidding war between petty cable and sattelite companies anyway. Sickening.

Re: Who wants the NFL Network??

I used to have it when I had Direct TV but recently moved & have Charter now & they don't offer it.... I miss it because if nothing was on, which is most of the time, I would just throw it on the NFL Network. All I can do is hope Charter will offer it one day soon

Re: Who wants the NFL Network??

I'd love to have the NFL network, but I'm affraid my wife would divorce me. She already complains about ESPN and ESPN2 being on the TV 24 hours a day. And I'll not even get in to the hours of football I watch in a week already.

Re: Who wants the NFL Network??

I have it too, but I wonder for how much longer. I heard something about the network trying to increase the cost to carry it, and a lot of cable companies are considering dropping it rather than paying the inflated rates. Don't know for sure that Comcast is one of them, but I'd rather lose NFL Network than have my cable rates go up again, I'll tell you that!

Re: Who wants the NFL Network??

I have the NFL Network and love it for being a way to catch up on the games I missed during the week. I'm tired of these little networks taking games away from the major networks though. As long as the network isn't a part of regular cable, its unfair for the 30 million or so people who can't get to see these games.

Re: Who wants the NFL Network??

I don't like watching games from the past week which are already considered Classics.

Re: Who wants the NFL Network??

I agree, my cable company took away the NFL Network this summer, and I was madder than I can remember. I called them, and they said it wasnt popular enough, which I took as a lie. What human being would say they hate the NFL Network and not use it if they like football.
