Clinton Portis already has put one touchdown on the board for the Redskins, hoisting them up 10-6 almost through the 2nd Quarter.

As for Betts, he looks like a better catcher than a runner. I say put Betts as a wide-out and place Santana Moss in the RB slot. That'll make it simple and good. One little swap won't mean that much, will it? 28 yards on three carries for Santana Moss already this season!

for the most part the Raiders seemed to have 2nd rate talent

the announcers compared Merrimen to Lawrence Taylor, but im suprised they didnt make the connection to a young Jr Seau

Lawrence Taylor was better than Junior Seau.

That is like comparing a college rookie to Michael Jordan instead of Toni Kukoc. They both played the same positions but compared him to the better one!
