Max Gilpin was on a medication for his ADHD, and was also takin creotine for muscle building.
I wish I could find the video... the defense closed by saying "Let's convict David Stinson, then all go this weekend and watch Kentucky and UofL play, and scream at them to run harder, and holler at them to get tougher"
There a couple of things I have heard about behind the scenes on this case that I won't comment on, but let's just say, the prosecution wasn't totally goin after him because they thought he was guilty. That's all I'll say, because even though my source is reliable, it's still hear say.
