I really wish Gibbs would have stayed on after 07 as I think that team under gibbs would have had alot to prove going into 08. Instead we got Zorn who i think is going to be a good coach but maybe not in Washington just because snyder has no patience for young coaches and will probably dump him after this year if they don't win a playoff game at the very least.

Nope, David, I don't think they are there yet... the QB situation is shady, WR's are iffy, and the OL is gettin old... except for their best old dude, Jon Jansen, who they released in late May... or early June, can't quite remember.

But, no, not this year. Instead of a stupid rich old owner like the Cowboys have, Redskins have a stupid rich young owner.
Although there is a good TE and RB, QB And WR leave much to be desired.

I am a Packers fan, I grew up in Wisconsin so thats my number one obviously but other teams do interest me(Redskins just because I'm a big Joe Gibbs fan, Chargers because I now live in San Diego). The only team I can't tolerate is the Bears. But to answer the burning question though if it came between the Pack and the Skins it be Green bay all the way

Closer not quite, the face they are in the division with the Giants and Eagles are the two best teams in the NFC imo, they might get into contention for that second Wild Card which I think will be the Bears/Vikings loser or the Seahawks. I think they did a terrible job of handling the offseason, Hanyesworth is a nice pick-up but that team had no offense, the defense wasn't the problem the offense was, other than a healthy Clinton Portis did the offense really change at all? I don't think so. 8-8, possibly 3rd place in the East.

I didn't notice that until now, but I my only advice to someone who can't deal with the Bears is to meet a Viking fan, most of them don't even root for the Vikings they just want the Bears and Packers to lose. I'm not trying to start anyting but I'm just speaking the truth.

I gotta say ive talked to a lot of redskins fans this year ( for some odd reason ) and none are happy they all have their reasons but for some reason i dont see the same attendance this year as last or any other Washington has some things to work out right now but it will all be ok dont worry

lol don't worry man I'm not one of these Packers fans who constantly tries to start flame wars with anybody who even utters the word Bear...not opposed to friendly debates though.

And to be completely honest I've honestly never met a true hardcore Vikings fan..which is saying something being that I grew up in Wisconsin which is right next to Vikings country. The one thing I can say for you guys though is that at least you won a Superbowl in addition to a bunch of pre merger NFL championships with Halas whereas the Vikings have lost like 5 superbowls? geez talk about a fan base in desperate need of a title!

3rd? Who do you expect them to be above? The Cowboys or Eagles?

The Red Skins may have a good D Line in football now. Especially with that new draft pick Brian Orakpo.

The Cowboys, eveyone is saying they have great chemistry and what not and it's Romo friendly and all that good stuff. But they are still going to pass a ton with no one to pass too now that's T.O.'s gone. There defense is going to be a total dissaster I don't think they are a very good team. I could see them being 6-10.
