FSU LB Derek Nicholson

FSU LB Derek Nicholson was featured recently in a Rivals.com article as one of the players with the biggest shoes to fill. Nicholson, who missed most of last season with a torn ACL, is being projected to step in and replace third-team All-American Buster Davis, who tallied 109 tackles. So can Nicholson successfully assume Davis's vacated MLB role?

FSU has a good history of developing Linebackers and no way that this year's team can be worse than last years...I say Nicholson can fill Davis' shoes.

Re: FSU LB Derek Nicholson

A lot of people think we're going to be weak at LB, but little do they know the talent we have at that position. I hope Nicholson can stay healthy, because if he can, he will be waay better than his bro.
