Florida State women's basketball head coach Sue Semrau continues to build on her program's success, adding the No. 41 player (All Star Girls Report) in the 2007 class to her incoming freshman class. Antionette Howard, a 5-foot-11 guard/forward from South Gwinnett High School in Snellville, Ga., has signed a grant-in-aid and joins Courtney Ward, the 5-foot-7 combo guard from Jefferson Davis High School in Montgomery, Ala., and Christian Hunnicutt, a 5-10 guard out of Jonesboro, Ga., in rounding out the 2007-08 recruiting class.
"Antionette is not only a talented basketball player, she is a winner," Semrau said. "She has the championship mentality that we've worked hard to build here at Florida State. She is extremely versatile which makes her a great fit for our system, and a perfect compliment to this recruiting class. Nette had great chemistry with our team. I believe she can make an immediate impact."
