TALLAHASSE, Fla. - The Florida State men's basketball team, which won 22 games and advanced to the third round of the NIT in 2007, will play Butler in the Wooden Tradition at 1:00 p.m. (EST) on Dec. 15 at Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. The Seminoles' game against the Bulldogs is the first game of the doubleheader that will feature Purdue and Louisville in the second game. Florida State is making its first appearance in the Wooden Tradition.
Florida State's game against Butler is the Seminoles' second announced game on their 2007-08 schedule. The Seminoles will play host to Minnesota in the ninth annual ACC/Big Ten Challenge at the Donald L. Tucker Center in Tallahassee on Nov. 27 at 7:30 p.m. Florida State's complete scheduled will be released in August.
