It's official, Alex Rodriguez is paid more than the entire Florida Marlins baseball team. The Marlins' opening day major league roster had a combined payroll of $21.8 million. The Yankee third baseman is set to earn $28 million in 2008.

No one person, athlete or not, is worth that much money per year. I'm no mathematician but that comes out to about $172839.00 per game or $19204 per inning ???? What is OK about that besides nothing.
