| Gator arrests under Meyer draw national attention
There have been 24 arrests of Gator players under Urban Meyer in the last 4 years. This number is similar to that of its rivals, but Florida is getting all the attention because they have won 2 national titles in the last 3 years and they have a coach that emphasizes good behavior.
Meyer says college students make mistakes and that most of the arrests are for misdemeanors.
Meyers gives a chance to those who are trying to get straight, but he cuts all ties with those who keep getting into trouble.
