How good is Florida in 2008?

Maybe it's just me but I don't understand Urban Meyre and his playcalling. Are there any changes for 2008 and how good are the gators?

They need two things - a big time RB to take the load off Tebow and help on defense. I thunk they will have both issues resolved by mid season barring injuries.
