| Meyer's motto: In Tebow we trust OXFORD, Miss. — The fine line was obliterated on Saturday. The legend grew. That's why there were Ole Miss fans reaching over the railing after Florida's 30-24 win over the Rebels wanting just to touch Tim Tebow and thrusting anything not bolted to the stadium for him to sign. Tebow had an off day passing, but a powerful game with the ball tucked in his arms. He set a Florida record for rushing yards by a quarterback and picked up two huge first downs when Florida was trying to run out the clock and get out of Oxford with an unblemished record. “All you want,” guard Jim Tartt said of Tebow down the stretch. “All they could handle, that's for sure.” The Florida quarterback was surprised when he was told by Urban Meyer that he carried the football 27 times in the game. “He told me and I said, 'Are you serious?' because I had no idea,” he said. Which brings us to the fine line. Tebow carrying the football 27 times is not ideal. Meyer himself said the perfect situation is to have Tebow carry it around 10 times a game.
