| Florida Gators offense During the team's Media Day yesterday, Florida coach Urban Meyer discussed what he thought of the Gators offense coming into the 2007 season. "I think there were some things we couldn't do last year, but there were some things we could do," he said. "Chris Leak was a tremendous football player. I check out the Bowling Green offense through Tim Tebow and the evolution of the offense is phenomenal. You are going to see us revert back to a little bit of the Utah things, but I think the quarterback gets a lot of criticism and a lot of glory. For Chris, the most difficult time in his career was when you have Dallas Baker, Andre Caldwell and Jemalle Cornelius out. You really had no one in there that could make a play. Tim has a luxury that Chris didn't have. He's got some guys. It's not so much the play calling, in our offense the perimeter has to be dynamic. We're pretty close to that right now." Sounds like he's changing things up a bit for Tebow. Will it pay off? Gator Football News @ GatorZone.com
