Could Boise State beat Florida? Heck no. But to say maybe next year they might earn some respect? I think it's safe to say that they earned PLENTY of respect this year with that win over the Sooners.

OH YEAH BABY!! We won and proved everyone wrong that said we could not beat them! To whoever thinks that Michigan still deserved to be in the national champioship, ya'll got issuses! They already had the chance to win against them and they screwd up..does not matter if ti was by one or two points a loss is a loss and ya'll lost! We so deserved to be in the national champioship..for one reason we were won our conference, Michigan didn't! Michigan couldn't even win thier bowl game what makes you think they could win against Ohio State when they didn't win thier bowl game?? FLORIDA SOOOO DESERVED TO BE IN THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP...NO ONE ELSE DID! Ya'll do remember what the score was right? Well I'll just remind all of the Michigan and Ohio State fans (and Ohio you can't blame it on "we had a 51 day delay" or "The only reason we lost is because Ted Ginny JR. got hurt"..because if I remember Florida lost one of thier main defense players and we still one games! So don't even think about using that as an excuse!) anyway the score was 41-14....SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY ABOUT FLORIDA WINNING!!!

I think it's so funny... I mean, I keep hearing people talk about OSU fans making excuses, and nowhere -- not on the boards, not around where I live here in the Buckeye State -- have I heard even ONE Buckeye fan say anything other than, "yeah, we got killed out there," "Florida was the better team" or "Smith looked terrible. The Downtown Athletic Club called, and they want their Heisman back." So maybe you guys are used to making excuses down there in SEC country ( ) but up here in Big Ten country, we "man-up" (as Mike & Mike say) and take our lumps like adults.
