The Florida Gators rolled over Southern Mississippi last week, with QB Chris Leak throwing for nearly 250 yards and three scores. The UCF Golden Knights are 0-15 against ranked opponents, 1-9 against the SEC and winless in their last 16 games against BCS conference opponents. So why are some people thinking the Gators should be on upset alert for this weekends Flordia - Central Florida game?

UCF could well get blown out by the Gators, but, writes Mark Long of the AP, "don't tell the Golden Knights that. They have more confidence than ever, having won eight of nine games to end the 2005 regular season and gaining valuable experience despite losing to Tulsa in the conference title game and to Nevada in the Hawaii Bowl." George O'Leary and his players seem confident they can compete with the big boys, but is confidence enough? Or will Urban Meyer's high-voltage offense run away with this one?
