| Weathering through Week 13 Week 13 will go down in the books as one of the strangest in the history of Fantasy Football. With playoff spots on the line in the majority of leagues, owners had to overcome early-week schedule setting, challenging matchup problems and bad weather across the East Coast in order to clinch a victory. Here's a rundown. • It was Thanksgiving Day and everything went according to plan. The turkey was in the oven, the whole house smelled good, the family was loafing on the couch and Titans rookie running back Chris Johnson scored twice in the first seven minutes to put his club on pace to blowout the soon-to-be-0-16 Lions. That was followed by Tony Romo scalding the Seahawks for 331 yards and three touchdowns, his second such game since coming back from his broken pinkie. Brian Westbrook made a lot of owners feel like turkeys on Thursday. (US Presswire) All was well until Brian Westbrook went from hobbled running back to crafty touchdown machine (when's L.T. gonna do that?), scoring four times against a Cardinals defense that simply gave up against the run. Without the help of any breakaway gains, Westbrook went off for 110 rush yards, and Donovan McNabb totaled four passing scores of his own with 260 yards through the air. With Kurt Warner as turnover prone as we fear him to be anytime he plays against a decent defense, the Eagles sported a 48-20 win on a cool 41-degree night in Philadelphia. It proved to be the nicest weather a team that side of the Mississippi played in. Fantasy & Reality: Weathering through Week 13
