| Re: Trade question That is what I was thinking, but I have Brandon Jacobs too. I didn't know if it would be worth stashing LJ on my bench in case he is available the final weeks of the season. I just picked up Kolby Smith too in case he is the starter the rest of the season. |

| Re: Trade question Az, congrats in winning your first game at the GTG Yahoo league! Think of it, you're better than the Dolphins! Now, to your questions... allow me to add a touch of "science" to these trade offers, if you will... Brian Westbrook has a Trade Worth (TW) of 1970 points Braylon Edwards has a TW of 1135 points Ron Dayne has a TW of 384 If you add up Edwards' and Dayne's values, you get: 1519 points Advantage: other team! Jamal Lewis has a TW of 1028 points Larry Johnson right now has NO TW for re-draft leagues because the smart money is on KC shutting him down soon enough. It's one thing to sustain the injury and rehab to get back to playing form, it's another to get out there and play. Even if LJ returns this season, he's likely going to be hobbled and Kolby Smith will continue to take a large chunk of LJ's carries. Also, if you look at the remaining schedule for run defense against the Chiefs, it's not that great so... Me? I'll take a healthy Jamal Lewis over an injured LJ at this point! That's my opinion, fwiw!!!
