Well, sometimes the "squeaky wheel" gets the grease after all! I'm glad I posted this question because it solved a greater issue and that's the "can't cut list" I had a feeling this was the case but just wasn't sure...

No prob. Sometimes it's hard to keep track of everything - if someone speaks up and lets me know there's a problem, then I can do something about it.
