Tony LaRussa told reporters he expects Pujols to come off the DL on Monday and play. How many peolpe here are expecting him to save their teams? I know I am. Once he got hurt, my team quickly dropped to 3rd and my other teams have had a power/rbi/avg difficiency. I've tried to piece together others but not too successfully.

I know one guy whose hoping Pujols can help save his team - Tony LaRussa. Did you SEE what the White Sox have been doing to the Cardinals? I, unfortunately, don't have Pujols, so I'm not one of the lucky few eagerly anticipating his return.

It is always good news to hear that a player is returning from an injury, unless you are speaking about Kerry Wood or Mark Prior.

I hope that Albert Pujols will be able to pick up from where he left off. If he were to come back today and play all the rest of the season on the same pace from earlier this season, he would end up with 68 homers and 117 RBIs. That sounds realistic for him, but I doubt he will finish up with 68 homers. He is suppose to be clean, right?

They should make T-Shirts like Napolean Dynamite that read, "Vote For Pujols 4 MVP"

Pujols is actually struggling since his return on June 22nd.

In his past eight games (since he returned) he has hit only one homerun and knocked in two RBIs. This is killing his on-pace projections! Hopefully, he will catch back on his "homerun train" and arrive at "MVP Station" by the end of the season.
