| Re: Kenny Rogers I have been confirmed (by a friend) that many fantasy baseball owners are holding onto Randy Johnson, hoping that he will turn his act around. His ERA is incredibly-high compared to his career average (pending if he were to start all his games). His wins aren't horrible, but his latest status has been. For your information, Mr. Johnson, has pitched for a record of 0-1 with a 7.15 in his last eleven innings. Hopefully, he will pick up his act and make millions of Yankee fans and of course, fantasy owners happy.
Where has Kenny Rogers popped out from? Less than a year ago we all thought he would end up in jail, and here he is pitching a potential Cy Young-type season. If he were to finish the season on pace, he would end up with a stunning 23-8 record. That would be the highest in his career and he is 41-years old. Surprisingly, he has pitched for a record of 2-0 with a 1.64 ERA in his last 22 innings.
To tell you the truth, I would rather have Kenny Rogers at this point in the season. No matter how bad Kenny Rogers may do after today, I am predicting that he will have a better season than Randy Johnson. I am positive that there is a Randy Johnson forum going on, right now in the Yankees section of GoTeamsGo where you can discuss "The Big Unit" all you want. But since you are the GoTeamsGo Moderater, I am sure that you already know.
Of course now, I wouldn't even consider accepting the deal (if I was on the Kenny Rogers side). |
