Help Trading Draft Picks PLEASE!

This is my first year playing fantasy baseball, though i have been in fantasy football leagues for over 15 years now. I have the 5th pick in a 10 man draft which lasts 30 rounds. Our starting roster is 1 of every position plus 2 extra OFs, 1 middle inf, 1 corner and 1 utlity plus any 9 pitchers with an 8 man bench.
My question is about trading my draft pick. There is a page Ive found for football that gives a Number Value for all the rounds of a fantasy football draft...is there anything like that for baseball so i know what is a good trade with draft picks and what isnt?

If not, does anyone have advice for me? After talking with people ahead of me, ARod, DWright and Utley will be gone...not sure what the 4th player will do..but H Ramirez, Reyes, Holliday and Cabrera are all options. Do any of those stand out to you?? Is the 5th pick something i should trade? I have had offers to not only swap with the guy in 8th but he has even asked what it would take to GAIN my 5th overall pick and keep his 1st round pick (8th). I figured it would take at least his 2nd and 3rd round picks...is that a good idea? What would i need to ask for in return for my 1st overall pick?? the guy with the 2nd pick in the 1st round wants to trade up with me in the 2nd round. He would want my 16th overall pick....aside from his 19th overall pick, what else should i take from him to make the trade in my best interst.

While I would luv to trade and very much be interested in hearing what you (the experts) think would be best for my team in terms of trading my draft picks....any advice in general would be helpful, including drafting advice, trading advice, players advice, even if that includes telling me to keep my picks that there are no trades worth my 1st or 2nd round picks for the players i will be able to get.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT 2008 SEASON!!!!
