| Who to draft next? Very Large Dynasty league Ok this is my first Dynasty League. Ive won the far majority of my redrafts for years. Part of my draft stradegy has been always pick the best player available in the earlier rds. Do not worry overly about positions such as C, RP(Holds) & 2B(Ofcourse if a CUtley is the best player available at my pick Im taking him early). If u have to trade for these pos's or fill them in with vets later. Now Im in a dynasty and yes the draft has been a learning experiance. I feel Ive drafted a solid club with very good upside(but maybe a tad young). I need to continue with the next pick. Is it time to start filling in the glaring needs? Or still get the best player out there. Ive bolded in black the ones that I feel I like the best & bolded in Red the players at the pos of need Id like to draft now or later. Maybe give me a Top Five? All suggestions are greatly appreciated. Be assured i will help u the best I can with your thread too. | Re: Who to draft next? Very Large Dynasty league You cannot compare me to a fantasy baseball analyst, but I may know a thing or two. Mike Lowell-I'm not expecting a stellar performance this year. Greg Maddux-It's a risky choice, but one of my personal favorites. Bartolo Colon-I'm not sold on him. He was just horrible last season (5-5 record). Brian Giles-It depends if you consider 15 homeruns a solid season. Ken Griffey Jr-I've always liked him, but unfortunately learned to stay away due to injuries. Dave Roberts-He's registered a CF, but I he could easily play anywhere in the outfield. |

| Re: Who to draft next? Very Large Dynasty league i will try and see if i can answer some of this. Catcher Russell Martin: the youngster should easily replicate his 06' numbers Ronny Paulino:Because he is a pitt pirate he will go under looked in most drafts and wont happen again after he shows his bat is for real. 2B Ian Kinsler:An impressive young hitter Howie Kendrick:This guy will explode in 07' sorry running out of time did any of this help you/ |
