Burlington Williams receiver picks Duke

Tony Foster, one of the fastest football receivers in the state, committed to Duke on Thursday.

The 6-foot-2, 175-pound senior at Burlington Williams consistently runs 40 yards in 4.4 seconds.
He caught 68 passes for 1,091 yards and 10 touchdowns at Williams and played in the Shrine Bowl Game of the Carolinas all-star game.
