NBA Playoffs: Pistons vs. 76ers

The #2 seed Detroit Pistons will face the Philadelphia 76ers in the opening round of the 2008 NBA Playoffs.

1. Sun, Apr 20 – at Det, 6:00 pm EDT (TNT)
2. Wed, Apr 23 – at Det, 7:30 pm EDT (NBA)
3. Fri, Apr 25 – at Phi, 7:00 pm EDT (ESPN2)
4. Sun, Apr 27 – at Phi, 7:00 pm EDT (TNT)
*5. Tue, Apr 29 – at Det
*6. Thu, May 1 – at Phi
*7. Sat, May 3 – at Det (TNT)

So can the Pistons hold off the Sixers? What are your predictions? I'm thinking Detroit in six.

Re: NBA Playoffs: Pistons vs. 76ers

It's been a hard-fought series, but the Pistons are now one win away from advancing.

Detroit knocked off the 76ers, 98-81, in yesterday's Game 5 to take a 3-2 series lead. According to the Associated Press, "Chauncey Billups scored 21 points, Richard Hamilton had 20 and Rasheed Wallace added 19." Can they close out Philly on Thursday?
