According to this, the biggest obstacle facing the Detroit Lions is adjusting to their new coaching staff, which means getting used to head coach Rod Marinelli's high-intensity practice style and learning Mike Martz's offensive gameplan. According to this, Jon Kitna (who will likely open the season as the starting QB) currently only has about 30% of it down, which means the Lions have a lot of work to do over the summer.
