Among the highlights: He said quarterback Joey Harrington felt adjusting to his system was going to be "just too hard." He said his players were "grossly out of shape" by his high standards, and couldn't be evaluated properly yet, but they were at the "baby steps" stage and working hard. Lots to address here. Like how he basically said Harrington wouldn't be able to pick up his system? Or how he might actually be able to squeeze a little bit of talent and effort out of Rogers and Williams? Or his comment about how out of shape the players were? Sounds to me like he's done a pretty good job of identifying and solving problems thus far, wouldn't you say?
