Marinelli also insists that Roy Williams is going to stay.

True, but the guy who should be on the chopping block here is Millen, not Marinelli. I think the coach is doing a fine job with what he's got.

He is following a formula that is proven to work. This is exactly what Parcells has done. He seems to get the same players everytime he starts with a new team.

Very true. Millen has made a perrenial losing team into a joke in the NFL. I didn't think they could get any worse but he has drove them into the ground and stomped on them.
