| Re: Lions sign rookie free agents ALLEN PARK, Mich. (AP) — The Detroit Lions have signed eight undrafted rookie free agents, the team said Thursday. The Lions signed wide receiver Shaun Bodiford from Portland State, fullback Matt Bernstein from Wisconsin, guard Frank Davis from South Florida, tight end Cole Downer from Clemson and kicker Matt Prater from Central Florida. The team also signed defensive backs LeMarcus Hicks from Iowa State, Antonio Malone from Toledo and Harrison Smith from California. Okay, okay...this is very self serving...I graduated from Central Florida and the more players from good old UCF in the NFL, the more that degree is worth...soooo...go Prater...kick the hell out of the ball!... |
