| Lions needed points, not a run game The Detroit Lions are starting a new tradition: getting blown out on Thanksgiving Day. For the fourth straight year, the Lions were beaten so bad -- and so quickly -- that the game was over before most turkeys were even dropped in the deep fryer. This year, it was the Green Bay Packers who dusted Detroit 37-26 on Thursday at Ford Field.
