The Tampa Bay Buccaneers visit the Detroit Lions on Sunday, which means quarterback Jeff Garcia will be returning to the place where he averaged a career-low 5.4 yards a pass, threw twice as many interceptions as touchdown passes, and was out played by the quarterback he split time with, Joey Harrington.

So how do the guys in Detroit feel about the quarterback they shared a locker room with in 2005? Lions receiver Roy Williams gives his view to the St. Petersburg Times:

"He blamed everybody but himself," said Williams, who was in his second year in the league in 2005. "I respected the man. I just didn't like the fact that it would be (the receivers') fault and never his fault. It's always the receivers' fault."
Williams downplayed Garcia's command of the West Coast offense, saying, "My son can run the West Coast system, and he's only 2."
