| Lions Vs Bucs Detroit Lions will host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this week. Neither team has an outstanding run game, to put it mildly. The Lions have a good passing game though. Will the Lions passing game be better than the Bucs passing defense. Looking at the stats per game for each team, it looks like those two factors are close. Jeff Garcia showed us last year he can get the job done, quite nicely thank you. But he doesnt have the offensive weapons Kitna does. Will this be one of those 10 wins Kitna predicted at the beginning of the season??

| Re: Lions Vs Bucs Well, the Lions allow three more sacks on Sunday, but still win 23-16. According to the Associated Press, "Calvin Johnson scored on a 32-yard run midway through the fourth quarter after [Jeff] Garcia's second fumble, and the spectacular play proved to be the difference in a 23-16 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday... Detroit (4-2) pulled within a game of idle Green Bay in the NFC North, improving to 3-0 at home and surpassing last season's win total." | Re: Lions Vs Bucs Bucs had the edge on statistics, but I should have known because Detroit is one of those teams that can play tough at home. Lions have a lot of work to do but it looks like they are headed in the right direction. Finally! |
