i would think if i drove around naked and drunk i would get a tougher penalty

What was he thinking.It has NEVER occurred to me to drive my car naked. My skin would stick to the seats.

I think he should have gotten to jail time for the drunken driving.. Just a personal opinion that DUI drivers should have automatic jail time. They risk other peoples lives.

i agree 100%.........actually i think the laws should be much tougher....i think every drunk driver is potentially a murderer........he/she is driving around a 2500 pound weapon
