Lions DE Tyoka Jackson faces suit over incident on plane

ST. LOUIS (AP) — Detroit Lions defensive end Tyoka Jackson has been sued by a male flight attendant for Northwest Airlines Corp. who claimed the former St. Louis Rams player knocked him across an airplane aisle.

The incident allegedly happened Feb. 13, 2005, as the plane approached St. Louis. Jackson, who played defensive end and tackle for the St. Louis in 2001-05, was not on a Rams-related trip. The suit was filed this week.
