quinn isnt fixing this team two players arent fixing this team and they have such bad luck with busts why bother why not try to fill the team instead of trying to have one player that no one can protect

Both Peterson and Quinn are great players, but I give the OU RB the edge in talent anyway, and it's a need position for the Lions.
If its a need position, they would draft a General Manager...

Millen has to go. If he doesn't, then the Lions season ticket holders should ask for a refund.

Re: Lions hoping for #1 Draft Pick

Looks like they screwed the pooch...#2nd overall pick for Millen's crew.

If Russell stays in school, they'll have to settle for what? No WR. Maybe the OT?

Re: Lions hoping for #1 Draft Pick

No, their draft is far from "screwed" -- they can still get Peterson at #2.

I don't hate Jones. Like I said earlier, Jones suffered a serious foot injury that will keep him out at least 12 months and may end his career. That's why Detroit needs to draft Peterson, the best RB in the draft this year.

granted but peterson isnt the answer, you dont replace a rb who might be gone for his carrer with a guy who hasnt stayed healthy the last two years. Remember people Peterson isnt this nimble guy making people miss he runs over people, he is going to stay banged up and he has shown he cant take it without being serious hurt

Re: Lions hoping for #1 Draft Pick

im sure he can stay healthy for one game lol, and im sure he will kill them im a firm beliver that just cause u go undefeated that doesnt mean you deserve a bcs there are much better one lost teams. I dont think he can come anywhere near the ability to complete a sixteen game schedule let alone one with playoffs

Cool Re: Lions hoping for #1 Draft Pick

If they can trade up and get Quinn, they should try. But if they can't, they should trade down and get 2 or 3 high picks. They have a ton of holes to fill especially on the defensive side of the ball.
