With reports of Matthew Stafford having another MRI on his sore knee, Daunte Culpepper left Sunday's loss with a hamstring injury, forcing the Detroit Lions to go to third-string quarterback Drew Stanton.
ESPN reported Sunday that Stafford had a new MRI that will be examined Monday by Dr. James Andrews. The top overall pick has missed two straight games and experienced swelling in his right knee after practice Wednesday.
Culpepper made his second straight start but was hurt on a third-quarter scramble. He was not hit on the play, pulling up to a limp.
Stanton, who threw 17 passes last season and had not played this season came on and was 5-of-11 for 57 yards and two interceptions. The Lions were 0-of-10 on third downs in a 26-0 loss at Green Bay.
The Lions have a bye next week. They averaged 20.8 points in four games with Stafford but have one offensive TD in two games without him.

Lions need that bye week and they better hope Stafford is healthy. Even when he's healthy, Culpepper doesnt seem able to get it done any more.
