Quarterback Jay Cutler had it right when he said, " It's always something with him" when referring to WR Brandon Marshall.
Brandon Marshall was arrested in Atlanta on March 6 2008 on a misdemeanor battery charge. It is his third arrest in 12 months and his 2nd involving a domestic dispute. He was arrested for DUI in October 2207 and another for a domestic charge was dropped.
The NFL is looking into it.

In one of those domestic fights his long time girlfriends sisters went after him. And of course there is the famous "slipping on a McDonald's bag" incident. Some have wondered if he was actually fighting with his brother and it was called horseplay to avoid charges.
I am very much afraid Bronco fans that if you are depending on this guy, your hopes are in vain. Unless the Broncos do like the Cowboys have done with Pacman and put on a 24/7 guard on him.
Its too bad. Last year he had 102 receptions and 7 TDs.

Stats aside, three arrests in 12 months. With a record like that, the NFL can't let this guy play, not until he cleans up his act.

I hope he gets his act together but I don't think a PacMan comparison is necessary. I don't think he is at the point where he needs a 24 hour body guard with him. He will clean his act up and be a pro bowl receiver. I am going with my gut on this one. As far as his arrests he might be suspended Three games max most likely one or two.
