Broncos running back Travis Henry, who staved off a one-year suspension for violation of the substance abuse policy in 2007 and who took a pay cut to avoid being released earlier this year, will miss the team’s offseason workouts this week
due to a hamstring injury.
Henry pulled the muscle on Friday while running 100-yard dashes as part of the team’s strength and conditioning program. (It’s unknown whether the injury has been confirmed via the administration of a polygraph test.)
Initially, no explanation for the absence was given, prompting speculation that Henry might be boycotting the session.
