The NFL hasn't announced its ruling on the appeal they heard on November 16th, which means that it will be another week before they decide to share their thoughts on Henry's case. The league does its housekeeping before Wednesday when teams begin working on their weekend game.

Other than Henry and Mike Shanahan, is there really anyone who doesn't think that the league will uphold the suspension? If they accepted Henry's appeal, they would be admitting to flaws in their testing program which means a gigantic can of worms each and every time someone tests positive for any drug. If this eternally pending suspension gets overturned it will be in court not Roger Goodell's office.

He'll probably wind up getting suspended, but if there was a flaw and the NFL did make a mistake, they should admit it and correct it.
