DENVER (AP) - A federal agent has testified that a man considered a "person of interest" in the shooting death of Denver Broncos cornerback Darrent Williams wrote a letter in state prison saying he did NOT kill Williams.
Twenty-4-year-old Willie DeWayne Clark wrote to another inmate, saying authorities had asked him about Williams' killing "but I didn't do it."
Denver police spokesman John White said Clark is still a person of interest. He declined further comment.
