Linebacker Al Wilson has been released by the Denver Broncos. The five time Pro Bowler was cut due to what the Associated Press calls "a combination of injury and salary cap concerns. Wilson, who injured his neck against Seattle on Dec. 3, was scheduled to make $5.2 million in base salary this season."

He reportedly failed two physicals stopping two potential trades the Bronco's had going involving him.

He needs to get himself healthy before signing with a team.
