| Re: Broncos defense scoring record Well, according to this Bloomberg.com article, "The Broncos (3-1) are only the second franchise since 1940 to allow only one touchdown through the first four games of a season, joining the 2000 Miami Dolphins. They will establish a record for what the NFL considers its modern era by shutting down the winless Oakland Raiders in Sunday night's game at Invesco Field in Denver."
I don't quite get exactly what record they will set if they keep the Raiders out the end zone on Sunday (most games with one 1 TD surrendered?), but the bottom line is this: the Broncos defense is pretty good. |
