The Denver Broncos beat Kansas City, 9-6, in overtime in what sounds like it was a real barnburner.

Denver -- Receiver Rod Smith was on the sideline with a concussion, quarterback Jake Plummer was having an awful day and nothing Denver Broncos head coach Mike Shanahan and his offensive staff came up with seemed to work.
Javon Walker bailed them all out, leading Denver to a 9-6 win over the Kansas City Chiefs yesterday by grabbing a 24-yard jump ball to set up Jason Elam's 39-yard field goal 5 minutes 10 seconds into overtime.
"I'm finally getting back to how I used to be, I'm finally getting back to how I was in Green Bay," said the former Pro Bowl wide receiver acquired from the Packers in the off-season after missing almost all of last year with a torn knee ligament.

Denver pulled this out out despite Plummer's bad day and the injury to Smith. I didn't get to see the game, sadly, but it sounds like it was a real dogfight between these two AFC West division rivals, right?
