Marty Turco held the Vancouver Canucks at bay long enough for teammate Mike Modano to find a way to win.

Turco turned aside 33 of 34 shots and Modano scored with 11:27 left as the Dallas Stars edged the visiting Canucks 2-1 before a crowd of 16,639 at the American Airlines Center on Monday.


How far are the Stars going this year with Turco?...This guy is hot...he is 7-1 this year with a 1.86 AVG and a .936 save percentage.

Will it be the Stars this year?

Party pooper!...yeah, but Turco himself had an off year...his Avg was about 1/2 a goal high and his save percentage dipped under .900...he seems to be back to the form he use to be in 2002-04.
